Wheels In:

Time to get rolling! Follow these directions to pop out the heel plug and pop in the wheels.

How To Heely:

Step 1:

Start on smooth flat surface with feet shoulder width apart.

Step 2:

Find which foot feels most comfortable out front.

Step 3:

Lift toes of front foot and use back foot to push.

Step 4:

Now lift toes of your back foot, and you’re away!

Step 5:

To stop, lift toes up so heels are touching the floor.

Tips:

Practice while holding onto someone else.

Make sure you keep one foot out front.

Wear a helmet, wrist guards, knee & elbow pads for safety.

Skate only on smooth, dry surfaces.

Now that you’re armed with all you need to know about Heelys, check out our fun designs online and start practicing. Happy Heeling!
