So, you want new shoes NOW, huh? We’re right there with you! Having to wait is no fun... so we’ve been working on new ways to get shoes on feet, FAST.

If the style you’re eyeing up is available in your collection store, simply place your order before 2pm and they’ll be ready to pick up that SAME DAY.

If they’re not available, sit back and relax while we courier them to the store (for a small freight fee) as fast as we can. This may take up to 3 business days, so we’ll let you know when they’re ready for you to grab and go!

How It Works:

2. Look for ''Same Day Click & Collect”

Make sure the store selected is the correct store for your pick up.

3. Select ''Click & Collect'' at online checkout

This has to be done before 2pm for same day service.

4. Wait for our Pick Up confirmation email

Woohoo, you’re almost there! Before heading in store, we’ll email to let you know that your shiny new shoes are ready to be picked up.

The Details:

Orders must be placed before 2pm, otherwise they’ll be available the following day.

Please ensure you wait to receive your Pick Up Confirmation email before heading in store. It may take a little while for us to pack and prepare your order, so for your convenience, we'll contact you when it's ready to collect.

In the unlikely case we are unable to fulfil your order for same day collection, we will contact you by phone to arrange an alternative solution.

If your order contains any items that are not available within your collection store, we will consolidate your order before collection, which may take up to 3 business days.

Orders under $75 that need to be couriered to your local store will incur a $7.50 freight charge.
