It’s what we’ve all been waiting for… Click & Collect is BACK. This time, with a few changes that mean you could have your brand new shoes in your hot little hands, even sooner.

If the style you’re after is already in your collection store, all you have to do is place your order before 2pm, and it will be ready and waiting for you that very same day.

If your shoes are elsewhere in the country, not to worry! We’ll have them delivered to your chosen collection store, within 3 business days, for a small freight charge.

So, if you need those shoes, pronto - for date night, dinner, dancing, or because you just can’t wait - then here’s how:

2. Select your size

Use our sizing guide to find the right fit.

3. Look for your ''Click & Collect'' options

Make sure the correct store is selected for pick up.

4. Select ''Click & Collect'' at online checkout

For same day service, make sure you do this before 2pm.

5. Wait for Pick Up confirmation email

So you don’t wait around, we’ll email you when your shoes are ready for you to collect in store.

The Details:

• For Same Day Click & Collect, Orders must be placed before 2pm, otherwise they’ll be available the following day.
• Please ensure you wait to receive your Pick Up Confirmation email before heading in store. It may take a little while for us to pack and prepare your order, so for your convenience, we'll contact you when it's ready to collect.
• In the unlikely case we are unable to fulfil your order for same day collection, we will contact you by phone to arrange an alternative solution.
• If your order contains any items that are not available within your collection store, we will consolidate your order before collection, which may take up to 3 business days.
• Orders that need to be couriered to your local store will incur a $7.50 freight charge.
